This place has the best baked stuff, bar none! If you are familiar with Great Harvest, then you already know this, but if you don't, get some monkey bread or harvest rolls, and then you'll know. There whole wheat bread is a staple in our house. It's made with honey, not sugar, and it is dense and moist and makes the house smell amazing when you toast it.

Always delicious with kind and caring staff. I could not ask for more than that.

I have recently started trying to make fresh bread at home, and the staff was supportive. They also gave me a container of sourdough starter so I could try making my own, which is my favorite type of bread! I was really touched that they would freely give that to me to help me out. 5/5, will continue to be a customer.

Great Harvest does everything right! In addition to their amazing breads and baked goods, they have wonderful sandwiches. Their turkey sandwich is the best in town! I once had them ship a basket of goodies as a thank you gift and the recipients raved about it. This bakery is a Cedar Rapids gem.

Stopped in with my boyfriend and had an amazing experience. The sweet lady working offered us generously sized samples of bread. I tried the pumpkin bread with cinnamon butter and it was to die for! Also the sourdough and potato bread was delicious. Everything is reasonably priced, even the loaves of bread! Not to mention I thought all of the sweets and sandwiches looked amazing too! I will be back.

Very friendly, helpful service. Store was clean and well kept. The cinnamon rolls are absolutely amazingly delicious! Also tried the ginger cookies and honey whole wheat bread and they're good too.

Quaint little bakery & sandwich shop. I had the Pepper Blue on sourdough and it was phenomenal. The bleu cheese spread was a perfect compliment to the meat.
My wife had the chicken salad on sourdough and loved it.
They gave us a sample of the monkey bread and I just have to say watch out! It’s dangerously delicious!

They have great bread but didn't have what we were looking for and couldn't order it either because it wasn't really a bread.

I purchase chemical free flour from them at half the price of store bought organic flour. They are friendly and the place always smells amazing.

The chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies are big and wonderful! They're $2 a piece and you can share them with another person. They have brownie mixes and other mixes.
