2 Edited to add: After posting this review I received a phone call from the treasure hunt, apologizing as they had some people unfamiliar with the program answering the phone. The woman I spoke to fixed everything and made sure I was called as soon as the replacement check arrived. I appreciate the effort in making things right. Hopefully the team that answers the phones is given so better training.
Have tried multiple times to have my check reissued after it was damaged. I’ve made three phone calls about this and each time they say they’re resending it or that they don’t see it being resent. I just want my check and it’s been almost three weeks since I asked for it to be reissued.
They take too long to process claims and never give you real updates to your claim except to just wait it out. 4-6 when it feels like 4-6 months
