Dr Nagle and his staff were wonderful, I was so happy to get in to them so quickly (within a few days) for a tooth extraction. Dr. Nagle and his staff were compassionate and explained the process throughout the procedure. Great River and the whole team were definitely worth the extra hour drive as no one in the Quad Cities could get me in and I was in pain and was going out of town in a couple of days. My broken tooth definitely would have ruined my vacation. I would highly recommend Great River Oral Surgery.

First time/new patient at Great River. Was consultation only. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and kind. Doctor was straight and to the point, and very informative re: my choice of anesthesia or none. My only disappointment is that I have to wait so long to have my tooth pulled. The waiting game is everywhere when it comes to health and wellness.

Everybody went there was great! All of them were very friendly they made me feel comfortable and I'm not really comfortable with anybody working on my teeth. Came in and actually knew what she was talking about it's like she actually read my chart and for me I enjoy that. I like it when they know a little bit about me when they walk through the door. So that was really impressive! She was very thorough communicated well all around just made me feel good all of them did so thank you Great River keep up the good work!

I was left in the waiting room with no knowledge of when they were going to get me back into an exam room, then to be left alone multiple times for 20-30 min increments while being numb just waiting. They didn’t believe me that it wasn’t numb so I think them waiting for so long afterwords was uncalled for. The nurses did not help calm me down whatsoever during the procedure.

Has to wait a little bit but staff was very helpful. Kinda pricey probably won't be back.

Friendly staff, well informed about the procedure and post op instructions, and the surgery was completed quickly. Received a follow-up call the next day which is nice.

I appreciated the reminders and flexibility / scheduling… rescheduling. A difficult extraction of a capped molar went as smoothly and painlessly as possible thanks to the miracle of local anesthesia and an experienced surgeon.

Dr King and staff are amazing! I have never had a bad experience. They always make my situation there situation as if im the only patient. I have had 3 upper implants which Dr King did an amazing job but my last lower hybrid denture surgery was over the top excellent. He's definitely a master of his trade! Highly recommend!

I was very nervous. Very little pain in procedure. Denist and nurse were VERY PROFESSIONAL. Explained everything. I now have had 2 seperate visits for tooth extraction. Very good at what they do.
