Thank goodness for the kind, sweet manager that was there and able to cut my ring off! I know sounds odd, but I’m pregnant and my finger had swollen pretty fast to where I didn’t want my ring to get stuck on my finger or have something crazy happen. Called and the manager was able to cut it off (the jeweler was out that day) and I can come back when I have the baby for them to resize it and make it beautiful again! (Covered under 5year warranty) thank goodness we got all this taken care of! Love our local Greenberg’s

Shopping for a ring, the store was close. The staff was polite, patient & full of knowledge. They asked if I wanted something to drink& if I’d had lunch, but I already had. Very considerate staff! I was buying an engagement ring and Jake was a big help! I had ideas of what I wanted, and he helped me find a couple of rings that fit the description I gave him. He helped me stay within my price range, and he gave me options for the size and type of diamond to be set in the ring, without trying to push the most expensive option on me.

Very enjoyable experience. Went in for wedding bands and some repairs on various pieces with fiance. Fiance was very happy with knowledge and suggestions. Prices were more than fair also! Will be using them for now on for jewelry repair and purchases.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to exchange a wedding band and it was slightly late (4 days over the 30 day period). We were able to exchange it and get something I truly love!

Nicole helped me find my perfect ring to match my engagement ring. Which was totally different from what I thought I liked, but it turned out to be my favorite one! Out of the other jewelry stores I've been to, my overall experience at Greenbergs has been the best. I will definitely come back in the future for other jewelery needs!

I feel that if you work at a jewelry store and you have a couple coming in to get wedding bands you probably should flirt with either party. My fiancé and I came in to get our wedding bands and the lady helping us seemed as though she was just being friendly and nice but as the conversation went on she started trying to flirt with him complimenting him on anything she could and laughing at everything he said even if he wasn’t saying anything funny. I understand that you have to be overly friendly in customer service but there’s also a line you don’t need to be complimenting their physical appearance. I feel like that should just be common sense, especially if they’re looking at wedding bands and if their partner is standing right there. It’s gross.

I went in and requested to have my ring cleaned. I was greeted and immediately assisted! I appreciated the friendly, prompt, and professional service I received!
