I have worked with Greenberg's for 12 years now, engagement ring, wedding band, earrings, anniversary band, and now another ring. Every single time I have been treated with the upmost respect. Quality products and quality customer service. Huge shoutout to Amy and Madison for making my experience a positive one.

I went in a year ago to get my engagement ring and Tanner was a huge help! Not only that but he provided me a nice disguise to hide from my future fiancé as she was in the mall shopping with me! Tanner has become more than just a jewelry sales person for my fiancé and I, he’s become a friend. While his drawing skills don’t quite match his sales skills (long story) I think we can forgive him on this one! Not only has Tanner been super helpful but Madison has also been super helpful. She has recently helped me with getting something special for someone special to me. While Madison has not showcased her drawing skills yet she also provides the best services for the VIP of Greenberg’s in Coralville. While Tanner, Madison, and I are still working on developing the VIP coordinator position at Greenberg’s, I am still more than satisfied every time I go in. Whether it is for simple conversations or questions/concerns about purchases! All inside jokes aside (as hopefully Tanner and Madison has gotten a kick out of this review), Greenberg’s is an outstanding place to go to buy that piece of jewelry for that special someone or if it is something simple for yourself, Greenberg’s in the place to go! I am super thankful for Tanner and Madison’s help and I can guarantee you that you’ll feel the same way with any team member at Greenberg’s! Thank you Tanner and Madison you guys rock!

I stopped in with a fairly clear idea of what I was looking for, but unsure if I’d be able to find anything to match that vision. Ryan was awesome at listening to my description of the ring I was hoping to find, and asking questions to clarify. Once he was pretty sure we were on the same page, he flew into action, directing me to a specific designer that creates the exact style of ring I was looking for. He pulled out various samples, and helped me narrow the selection down to the perfect ring. From that initial stop inside the store, to ordering what I believe is the perfect ring with the perfect center stone, Ryan and Amy have been awesome. I never felt pressured to make any decision, they didn’t try and upsell me on anything, and they seemed to genuinely care about helping me find the perfect piece. I would definitely recommend Greenberg Jewelers, specifically Ryan and Amy, to anyone looking for help making such an important decision on the perfect piece of jewelry. Thanks, guys!

Last night my husband and I went to pick an anniversary wedding band and Bri & Kelsey were super nice and helpful! They even helped us choose a beautiful ring that surpassed our expectations. Excellent sales crew. They helped me design a beautiful medallion for my wife’s and my 41st wedding anniversary. My wife loved it. This is only one of many pieces I have bought there. Including a new wedding ring for me, I would not shop any where else for our jewelry. I wish them continued success.
