We had an overall good experience and ended up with a beautiful home! There was some miscommunication/hiccups as the house was being finished and we went through the closing procedures, but everything was resolved in the end. Since we closed in the winter, they had to come back through and finish up some exterior work; as soon as we got this warm weather they came out and finished painting the house, putting in blinds, and putting up gutters, I appreciate how quickly they did this. I'm looking forward to seeing the house once they lay sod!
