Jenny was kind and helpful in completing our purchase. She took the time to explain everything and was personable.
I was scheduled for an oil change at 3: 30pm and showed up at 3: 10. They checked me in and said it would be 45 minutes to and hour. At 4: 30 I went back to check on my vehicle because I had to pick up my kids from daycare. At this time they told me that my vehicle was next to get in.an hour later. They said they had some staffing issues and were way behind. I was sitting in the lounge area the whole.why it wasn't communicated to me is beyond me. I will not be returning there for service.
