All service was done promptly and they were very accommodating. Especially under the current economy conditions. I would highly recommend the seevice depot at Gregg young to anyone.

I drive an older vehicle (2001 Ford Explorer with 175000+ miles. I needed specialized part for it. They bent over backwards to assist me. The part is no longer available. They tried and tried to locate the part I needed from dealers across the USA. When they couldn't find the part anywhere they suggested an alternate parts source. I was able to get what I needed. Not too many dealers would do this as they made no money on the time they used to help me. 5+ stars for their efgort.

From start to finish I enjoyed working with the staff at Gregg Young. I got a great deal on my car and it had all of the features I wanted. I live 1.5 hours from the dealership and they stayed past closing so I would not have to drive back on a later day. I will definitely be going back there for my next vehicle and recommending them to friends and family.

I had a fuel in my pickup not from area they got it in to look at it in just few hours. Had to order part truck was fixed early next day

Very friendly staff. Very clean facility. They were able to get my rig in and work on it. Changed several components and ran several tests. I was on my home from Arizona to Ontario Canada and my truck has some serious issues that left me stranded. Gregg Young Ford took my truck straight in to repair it. As well, they made sure even though I was from Canada all warranty issues were completely covered. Huge thank you to everyone at Gregg Young For in Newton!

Got my airbag recall done here, and they were quick, friendly and also checked for any other problems with my car and let me know and printed it off. Dylon was really helpful and answered the questions I had about my car.

I got to Gregg Youngs at 7: 20am. I was
Told it would be 2 hrs for an oil change. It took an hour and 45 min. I was happy they were happy.

Dan and Brady were great, they gave me some good options and made sure I was in the right car for me.

Nice people, great job in reasonable time frame for an oil change and tire repair. Only wish they would wash your car afterwards as an added bonus as other dealerships.

Appointment was on time. Courtesy driver took me back home and picked me up when services were finished. The staff was very professional and courteous, Would definitely recommend Greg Young Ford for services in the future and even a purchase.

The service person who assisted me when I checked in was terrific. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Her name is Amy McGhghy. Nice to do business with a company that hires people like Amy. The service tech, Jacob Woody, did a great job of doing the service work on my car.

I have just purchased so I can't speak for after sales support, but the buying process went well for me. I didn't feel pressured to buy immediately. I wasn't pushed too hard to do add on's like warranty and service plans. A pleasant surprise when I picked up my car was the quality of detailing. I felt like it was better than most and the paint really popped.

Good experience. Friendly staff. The end result is that I am a satisfied customer that purchased the car we wanted.
