5We were on a cross country trip headed to downtown Des Moines Iowa and we had a little issue with our tire on our rental. Being a farmer from the east coast (I thought farm equipment dealers are friendly) we turned around not long after passing to ask if they would be able to assist us. They had a mechanic help us right away and we were able to get back on the road. 10outta 10. Friendly people who helped us out in a time of need
Knowledgeable parts lady, had what needed. Boda Bing. Boda Boom! Hard to find these days.
Good selection of Cub Cadet and Case products, parts is lacking a little bit but a good place for sure.
My cousin is a regular customer here and they know him there by name. I accompanied him with my son and they helped us get my son outfitted with a tractor and auger and a wagon. They were very helpful and made our experience fun. I haven't been to the John Deere store yet but so far we are team red!
