Hair Biz, Waterloo IA

This is by far my favorite salon in the Cedar Valley! Thank you so much Emily for making me feel beautiful again, you're absolutely amazing!

Had Emily as my stylist, everything went okay except for when I went over to pay, they charged me $60 for a 20 minutes' haircut and a 2 minutes' curling job. And said that was the price for haircut and styling. When I asked if she could give me a little curls because my hair was too flat after the cut she didn't mention this was going to be $30 charge. I was shocked. This is my first review on Google and I will not go back there.

Edit: My appointment was at 12: 45 but didn't get in till about 1 and got out around 1: 22. I had a friend there with me that could prove it. So you had me down for 45 minutes but the service was no longer than 25 minutes. Thank you for getting back to me.

Wonderful staff, easy and convenient to schedule an appointment. Jordan and Abby K always do a great job with my curly hair.

I recommend this place to all my friends. The staff here is extremely nice. Emily did my moms hair and Jordan did mine and I would recommend them both, my hair came out way better than I hoped for! Thank you!

I'm not going to lie. I HATE going to the salon, hate having my hair done because I've been let down and disappointed time after time. I decided to try a different venue & stylist. Abi changed my outlook! I walked in and literally said "I'm your Muse, I don't know what to do anymore. " She didn't even hesitate. She started looking my hair over & asked questions about what Ive tried etc then went right to work. When done I almost cried from excitement! I'm absolutely in love with what Abi did for me! I already scheduled a follow up appt. Abi, thank you SO much!

I got my hair done yesterday due to not being able to have the Blue anymore and I wanted to go light but still a natural fun color so I went red. I was seen by Abi whom I never went to before and let me tell u. Girl knows hair! She didn't use bleach and got the blue out and covered.she's amazing! I have not been disappointed yet by hair biz I highly recommend Abi to anyone! Look at this difference!

Stylist got me in on short notice. Did a great job on the cut and the waving if my brows. I'm from out of town but definitely would return when I'm back in town if services are needed.

I’ve been going to Hair Biz for years! It’s simply the Best place to get your hair done! I never leave disappointed!

Used to go here all the time, and loved it. However in the past few months, I have taken my son and gone myself (two separate occasions) and both of us left with butchered hair. I will not be going back. I am an adventurous person when it comes to my hair, but I have never felt like being sick or crying while in a chair. The girl ended up having to call someone else over to the chair. I will also add that I had brought in an image of what I was wanting and the end result was nothing like it.
