2Price is reasonable for the area and size of apartments. Age 55+ with some exception's currently accepting Voucher program from housing authority, pet friendly, secure building key fob and intercom entrance, 24 hour camera monitoring inside and outside, fire suppression system, elevator, amenities include workout room, community room, internet is included but extremely slow, option to get your own hookup, maintenance seems helpful, and friendly, since moving less than a year ago, have dealt with 3 different property managers one was a completely incompetent lasted about 2 1/2 months, the current property manager Carry is friendly, and efficient as of right now no complaints.
I’ve lived here since August of 2017. The apartments are spacious, with a loft living feel. All units have a washer, dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Our apartment manager, Brenda Espinoza, is unbeatable, with a “Manager of the Year” award under her belt.
