Hardee's / Hardee’s, Chariton IA

Food was great and tasted great. My son has decided that it is better than McDonald's. He did say that the dining room was too cold.

Food was terrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich. It took a long time (for fast food). The chicken was burnt and covered in hamburger goo/pieces (not sure of a better description). Fries were cool and tasted stale. I am a penny pincher, but it was so bad it didn't end up eating it!

Burger was hot and delicious, usually the burgers anywhere else are luke warm in mt experience. I had the mushroom and Swiss modified and added all the veggies, try it! They made it super quick. Always enjoy coming here. Five stars.

Curly fries were hot but the Monster Roast Beef was not nor did they give me the horseradish sauce I requested and my strawberry shake was more like strawberry milk with a dab of whipped cream on it. Very dissatisfied yet again. I will NOT b a returning customer. It's a shame there's no McDonald's in Chariton.

The service was bad.took them 20min to get are food and the food wasnt even hot. Very poor

The food was good but no Ranch dipping sauce was included in our order.
Please check your drive-thru orders before you leave this restaurant. I once ordered a Thickburger, that contained NO BURGER! Unfortunately I was already 10 miles down the road. The food is good, but filling the orders is sometimes an issue.

Went through drive thru and didn't even come close to getting what I ordered. Said no onions and got extra onions. I will never go here again. Pretty bad when you're allergic to onions, so they put extras on it. They are pretty lucky I looked before taking a bite, or they would have a lawsuit on their hands

Terrible service, waited for 13 minutes while other customers got their food almost immediately. When I finally got my food, they messed up the order and it wasn't hot anymore.

The food was bland no flavor we spent 40 bucks and the only thing that was ok was the chicken strips the burgers and chicken sandwich were soggy and gross.

Chicken tenders are great as as the burgers. Only they never seem to give you the dipping sauce for teners. Check your order.a good place to visit

Never had a bad experience. They have always been short staffed so if I have to wait, I understand.

All the Covid practices in this store are for show only. Employees are wearing masks and gloves, but it means nothing. I watched a construction worker come inside from a parking lot job on property. He hands his dirty cup covered in his saliva and germs to the person behind the counter and asks for more water. She takes this cup with her gloved hand and proceeded to contaminate the entire drink machine with it. She gives it back to him and turns around to sack orders with the same gloves that just held his dirty cup. Why wouldn't she just get him a new cup?

The only good thing about Hardee’s in Chariton is that Kato guy he served me with great manners and was very helpful and charismatic. Needs a raise
