The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! I live in Panora and don't go anywhere else!

I called Harlands Ace Hardware looking for a product that had a insecticide, fungicide in it for my rose tree, and the guy in the phone knew exactly what I needed and told me the 4 different options they had available, he was very knowledgeable and very efficient and kind.

I usually stop at the Ace Hardware Store in Perry when I drive there 1x a week to swim at McCreary Rec Center. It seems that Daniel is usually there and always, always so very helpful. He extends customer service by kindly offering to help me find the items on my list, offering to help load my items if they are large and cumbersome. He does all of this with a smile. Everyone at this store has been so helpful. I appreciate it greatly. It is refreshing. I laugh when I drive home because the jingle. "Ace is the place of the helpful hardware man. " I think that's how it goes, but the women are equally as courteous and helpful!
