Hopefully, they'll put on a part that ACTUALLY FIXES THE TRUCK! C'mon guys, you're the ones who sell and "service" Freightliners in DSM. Why do I leave and don't haul a load 100+ miles, and all the engine lights and derates come back?

Showed up 4 am. They open 6 am. Went in at 0630 talked to service they had 25 trucks infront of me being just come back from holiday weekend. Told me be late that day maybe next day. They had me all fixed up and done by 1400. Great customer service. Great attitude by all.

Bought 6 trucks.after 350 miles one engine broke down after 500 another engine broke down.after 315, the manifold cracked on one more and the turbine broke, called the dealership saying that the 300 miles guarantee, we can’t help, we said we bought 6 new trucks and 3 broke down, saying that they would call back, no one ever called back, all dealers give a guarantee of 500 for engine they give just 300

Getting pretty tired of the lack of complete repairs, lack of honest communication, etc.
If something is wrong they won't just come right out and tell you! They just put the old parts back on, write little notes on the receipt, and send you packing!

So, then a driver is out on the road with bad radiator hoses and a bad steel tube.

They really don't listen to what you tell them, they do work that you don't ask for without checking with you.

I need a dependable truck, this is MY bread and butter! I make my living with my truck!
I need a service department that cares and understands how important it is to have a good solid running truck, you know, something that doesn't leave me stranded by the side of the road.

Also, if you call, know that you'll be on hold for much of the call. You'll be listening to Craig Morgan A LOT!
They don't have enough parts in stock either!

The worst Shop i ve ever been & Stay Away…!

My DEF light started to blink so i got towed here due to speed governed down to 5mph (Tow: 1012$) (on Tuesday)
Shop updated the software, replaced a bolt and did a regen.
They charged 750$ and told me it was fixed. (On Wednesday)
After leaving the shop, same problem repeated itself after 236miles.
Came back to the shop (Thursday) and they said:
“We think its the outer Nox sensor so we ordered it. And it will be here tmrw”
Next day (Friday) i went back to the shop and learned that they did not order the part!
They said: “ ohh idk why they said the part was ordered but nope it was not so it will be tmrw which is Sat”
Part came late and they closed at 15: 30 so since they were closed on Sundays than we wait again…
Today is Monday and service guy called and told me that Nox sensor arrived but now they forgot to order the Nox sensor Connector!
I thought he was joking for a second but nope!
They really did it and now i have to wait till tmrw…
I literally spent 1 whole week for them to even order a simple part! They cant even order a part god sake!
Btw they were gonna change only one of the sensors even tho they usually have to change both at the same time so i told them to go ahead and change the other one which they already had in stock.
This place is just pure horror and disaster!
If you have lots of time and money to waste than this is the best place for you!
I called and emailed aprx 8 different departments at Freightliner HQs to file formal complaints about this location.
This management needs to be wiped clean and rehired all again with some decent workers asap!

Really appreciate you guys allowing me to undeck after hours. I make sure I leave the area in better condition than I found it. See you soon. Order more trucks!

Right now I'm not going to say bad by but so far there's nothing good to say. They are a Freightliner dealership so that should say enough for now

Most lazy mechanics i ever seen! If they have to do a job that takes no more than an hour, they will keep your truck inside for 3-4 hours just to charge you. They are scams!
The managment should change their policy, because dealers should work for drivers, not against them!

Avoid this place at all. Go better to the Boss Shop (next door) at the Pilot Truck stop!

Fuel pump went bad and had to replace whole fuel system. Job was done in a timely manner. They provide transportation to and from the motel greatly appreciated thank you so much!

Not bad for a freightliner dealer. The staff was friendly and was able to get me the parts I needed in a timely manner.

I completely see why the ratings are so high. On the road from Texas and had to get some air hose connectors. One of the best customer experiences ever! Very nice and knowleable staff!

Bad experience with my truck. Very unfriendly stuff especially service adviser. He has attitude written all over his face and he charged me $900 just for diagnostic. Terrible I would give zero star

Can not seem to fix any thing correctly and when they misdiagnosed something won't fix it free

They take your money but don’t do the work.
I payed so much money for nothing they did not even touch my truck. Wast of time and money.

If I can I would put zero stars because they almost take from my pocket $14,861,18 and plus. This is how much I paid to other mechanic to get job done $593,01 unbelievable but true. I just can tell Truck Center is big joke!

The service write up department seems to have trouble getting everything on the ticket for work to be performed, and overall has a hostile attitude towards customers. Management is good enough, but some of front line people in service department need to be replaced

I frequent this place for my job. They always have the parts I need. Quick and friendly service.
