Waited over a 3 weeks for a product. Sent an email cancel order. Then magically the product is being shipped to me. Called customer service and the lady tried to give me a list of reason as to why it wasn’t shipped. Worst customer service experience. Didn’t have time to go back and forth with her over something like a jersey so I let it go. I had to purchase a jersey from elsewhere due to long wait time. Won’t recommend or use this business. Not a Hawkeye fan and I know they aren’t directly connected to the school but the experience i had I hope the school takes a look at what businesses are selling products under their name and to ensure the service meets the standard of Iowa university. Bc this was a poor representation.

I ordered a player jersey an it came out great when it showed up at my house I absolutely love it!
