Hawkeye Ford is amazing and they killed it in every single way they could. Figured out my problem to my Taurus when tri-state couldn't.

Absolutely cannot say thank you enough to this amazing team. These guys not only got me in right away as we were traveling through and got parts overnighted and fixed my rig as fast and efficiently as possible. We are extremely grateful, my pickup is running like new, not only did they help me with my rig but also made sure we were secure with our overnight hotel stay and trailer as well. Thank you so much to this amazing, friendly and knowledgeable team. If you are ever in a need of Ford services, stop here highly recommend!

Had a motor knock in my f150. Took it to tri state Ford in Maryville where I purchased the pickup and the after market warranty 3 times. I got pushed away all 3 times and told the noise was normal. Took it to Hawkeye in red oak ended up being a cracked piston. My warranty covered a new motor which Aaron At Hawkeye installed and did a great job. Brad and mason were very helpful along the way as well. Highly recommend Hawkeye ford.

Had my car in for an oil change and the service manager and team were very friendly and helpful! Totally recommend going there for servicing for your vehicle!

Mason was very helpful and personable over the phone. Unfortunately some of the office staff are not as nice. This was my first & last time doing business with Hawkeye Ford due to the poor customer service when I came to pick up my vehicle. Office staff are in need of some additional training when it comes to customer service skills.

I went to the dealership this morning 9/30/2022, because of a mailer I received that had the pull tab prices on it and after reading through the material and fine print on the mailer I pulled the tabs and it showed that I won 1,000 dollars. I even went so far to call on the 28th to verify the legitimacy of this mailer and was told that it was as face value. Now when I went in the gentleman that helped me took my information and ran it through their kiosk and come to find out I won a $5 Walmart gift card, not the $1000 that the flyer said. There was no where on this flyer that says the prizes shown on the pull tab or listed in the list of prizes are not what you actually won, now of course I was less than thrilled about this and tried to maintain my composure because it was not the fault of the salesmen that helped me that this company is crooked and runs false advertising in order to drive business. I will not be bringing my business to Hawkeye Ford and neither should you. I will be contacting Ford Motors directly to report this as well as a legal council to report and address the false advertisment

Tracey made the whole purchase process a breeze. He was able to find a truck that met my needs, kept me updated on delivery progress and completed the in-person sale closure in short order.

Twice I have contacted Hawkeye Ford with recalls. I've yet to receive a call back concerning these notices. In both cases VIN #s were given to this dealership. Seems like it should be simple to perform this service for Ford customers.

4 weeks ago, I got a air bag notice from Ford. Contacted Hawkeye Ford for the repair. Since, I have left several messages for Service Department to callme back so I can ask questions and nothing. Not even a call back to tell me to wait. VERY disrespectful.

I bet if I was standing in the showrrom with 60 grand cash, I would get all sorts of great customer service. Im not expecting much from this place.

We became repeat customers! Drove off in Big Red and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the process. Mike was and has been very good to us, from explaining new accessories on the truck and the new truck body style. Would recommend this small hometown dealership to anyone.

Been trying to get a salesman to call me back about a pickup they have there.
Been trying for 7 days straight now.
Talked to 1 guy and he said pictures are on the internet. And that was about as far as that got.
Went to look at the pickup. Couldnt find anyone that wanted to sell a pickup.
So i left.
Not worth wasting anymore time. I will find a truck elsewhere.

We use a local mechanic usually, but took our Fusion here because of our extended warranty (that our mechanic suggested), and they found there was another issue with the power steering. Charged us $1100 to “fix the issue” and it was fine for a short time, now the power steering is still not working, doing the same thing before we took it here. When we looked at the bill, we noticed bolts and washers etc on there, 2 washers were $70. I will never go back there. I feel totally ripped off!

Four Cars later and I would never go anywhere else! This is the SPOT for sure. They have a great team and treat you like family.

Got my quarterly service this morning from Hawkeye. Efficient and friendly as always. This is the Compass they sold me in 2015.
