If you love spending $1400 on 4 30 minutes therapy sessions and getting harassed 3 times a a month for payment these guys are for you. Money hungry, money driven. They could care less about helping you. They want to charge you $25 for being late or for rescheduling an appointment, but when the therapists themselves are late or can’t attend a session that’s perfectly okay with no consequences. Sessions were supposed to be 45 minutes but only ever lasted 30, but of course I had to pay for the full 45 minutes. And then they try to change schedules all the time that are only convenient to them and if you can’t make it they threaten to stop doing sessions with you. Never again.

I cant rate the experience because i didnt received it, their online hours are incorrect. I specifically searched for places open after 5pm, this one claimed to, but when i called at 1720, I got the answering machine with an office is closed message. I can delete this once you correct your hours and stop leading people on.

I could not ask for better employers! I've never in my life worked for people who actually care about me as an employee as they do. I feel very grateful and blessed to be employed here.

Veterans and future patients beware! They are not up front about any costs

I started receiving care from heart and solutions back in oct of 2020. During that time I was never told the rates of each appointment even after asking my therapist multiple times, I still was never told how much I was racking up for my bill (That should have been the first red flag). I call to pay the bill (Its now February at this point) and now I'm informed its $400 because I continued receiving care up until the end of November (Should have stopped when I received the first bill in November). I was not sent any bills after the first one until I requested them and they were never up front about their costs. This is a very shady business, If you go here demand to know the costs BEFORE you receive care and stay on top of them for bills as they will not do their job and send you them. I also will add I have two insurances blue cross blue shield (Covers most of the cost) and tri care west (Should cover the Copay). Blue cross is through Mount mercy and Tricare West is through the military. Heart and solutions does not want to work with Tricare which is for veterans. If you are a veteran looking for care here beware they do not support you and they will not tell you this upfront, they will only tell you Tricare is difficult to work with. They are far from transparent and I strongly advise you stay away from them. The therapist I saw was great and I thank her for what she helped me through, but the rest of the business is nothing but shady.

Extra Info for those interested: A month and a half after I started receiving care I had finally received my first bill for $240 (~$140/appointment BCBS covered ~$100) and Tricare had denied the copay for my appointments (~$40/Appointment). After bouncing back and forth between Tricare and heart and solutions I was told by Tricare it should be covered. Heart and solutions was only telling my they have difficulty with Tricare and it most likely would not be covered. Nonetheless they resubmitted it and I did not hear anything back, until January of 2021 when I called to check on the status (I had not heard anything since November.). After some more phone tag I found out it was denied because Heart and solutions will not work with Tricare (H&S will not tell you this, I had to find out through my insurance company), Which is ok because they are not required under any law to work with insurance companies they don't want to, but they will not tell you that. You have to find out through your insurance.

As much as I had really started to like this place, it was unfortunately short lived and I am only writing this as a warning to people looking to seek help for their emotional well being. There is a quota for therapists to meet at this facility. I was sick and couldn't attend my appointment because I was ill. First the therapist changed my schedule without my consent and without asking me if this would work out; second since informing the therapist that that kind of action was unprofessional and that I would be contacting her supervisor for this action, this therapist has continued to harass ME to change MY schedule to meet THEIR quota. This has been giving me constant unnecessary stress. This gives me the impression that they do not care for the welfare of their patients' emotional well being, they just care how often they can see them to be billed.
