Our fireplace would NOT stay lit and then it quit for good. CHASE came and serviced it and he was so amazing. Took off his shoes placed protection on carpet and did a thorough job cleaning it and getting it working. As he was leaving he peeked over and it was out which I thought was very considerate of him. I called the company back and talked about getting a new one. They suggested not to jump to that quite yet. CHASE came back and in just minutes he did something and it is FIXED. I highly recommend them and their pricing is unbelievable! Give CHASE a $10. RAISE! LOL!

We were so excited to get a new gas insert for our 40 year old wood burning fireplace. We hadn't had a fire for 12 years. Now I want to use it every night. It is beautiful. The staff from Hearth and Home were great from start to finish.

We love our gas fireplace that Hearth and Home Solutions installed when we remodeled a few years back. Had a routine maintenance and cleaning done recently. Very happy with the young man that came to do this job. He was on time, professional, efficient and answered all of our questions.

The team is friendly and helpful all the way. Nothing was hidden in their recommendations and pricing. They did a wonderful job installing the gas fireplace and the shelves. It's now my favorite room in the entire house. I would 100% recommend them to whoever needs a fireplace installed.

So excited to have a working fireplace again. I didn’t realize when ours stopped working over a year ago that you can’t just pull it out and put in a new one. We have a wood fireplace from Hearth and Home Solutions, in North Liberty. It's, simply put, amazing. Not only does the look complement our home perfectly, the efficiency of the wood heat has been fantastic. Gathering wood can be work, but there is no wood soot in our new home and you can't beat the satisfaction of a real wood fireplace. The team and especially our guy, Jason, are wonderful to work with, hiding nothing in their recommendations and being prompt and helpful all the way, even with inquiries a year after install. We moved into a home that needed a gas and a wood fireplaces updated. They are easy to work with, accommodating and timely plus excellent work and all the crew are skilled craftman. The brickwork was fabulous and they even reused the brick from the wood fireplace.

Highly recommend Hearth and Home Solutions! They were very good to work with. Helped us make our design decisions and kept us informed every step of the way. Installation happened when they promised. All of the sales and installation people were great do deal with. Installers showed up when they promised and left our area cleaner than they found it. Craftsmanship was excellent and they took the time to explain how to operate our new fireplace before they left.

We had Hearth and Home update our fireplace surround. They took what was builder grade late 90's home to this! They were so easy to work, creative, responsive, and the team was amazing. Courteous, timely, clean. Couldn't have asked for a better experience or outcome.

There are only two firms that will drive to and service fireplaces in Oxford. One firm said $475, another said the same, but that they did not yet serve Oxford. Hearth and Home Solutions stated $160.50 total, including tax, but they only take checks or cash. Technician "Chase" is knowledgeable and provided expert service. He has excellent people skills and showed me connections and operations. I made a copy of the invoice and posted it on our condo's bulletin board. Hearth and Home has my whole-hearted recommendation and endorsement.
