Very helpful vet and staff. Got us in within a few days of calling. No wait for our appointment time; we were shown right to a room. Vet was in within 5 minutes. I love that they gave us a follow up call to check in on our kitty.

Brought a kitten in I found in a corn field a few weeks prior because his neck started to swell. They got him in right away. Let me know he was a boy when I thought he was a girl the whole time. Treated him and sent me with meds. They also shaved his matted fur and didn't charge me.

Very friendly staff. Our fur baby is very picky about people, and they are very understanding and work well with us to get her the base care.

Wonderful place, conveniently located. They have been able to get appointments quickly, sometimes the same day. The staff is kind and were gentle with my cat, who took as best a liking to a vet that I've seen.

Dr Paulsen has now retired and his staff have gone seperate directions. The care our animals received here seems to be fine, however it's a corporate vet location now that Heartland has purchased his practice. The staff seem to be very nice, however, I have had two different vets on two different visits. Pricing hasn't seemed outrageous so far, but time will tell. They rather quickly moved into a new space on the main roadway - we'll evaluate how things go.
