Heritage Center, Dubuque IA

Always a wonderful experience at the Heritage Center; regardless of what we came to enjoy! The bells were a lovely surprise at their Christmas Program this year.

Beautiful space but the venue and staff/volunteers are not overly friendly. My sister in law was told 3 separate times that she couldn’t bring the car seat in for my 9 month old nephew, after having to buy him a ticket even though he never sat in the seat on his own. No changing tables in the bathrooms. Videoed some of the performance for my mom who wasn’t able to come recovering from surgery and was scolded rudely to stop videoing. This same person also told 2 other people to stop videoing in the front row during rhe quartet’s set, which was widely distracting. The lady videoing wasn’t distracting, the staff member was. Maybe read the room on the people attending the performance and the performance itself. You can video most big name concerts, if it was a rule it should have been mentioned before the show started.

Never been there before. Grandson goes to school there. We decided to stop in. Everyone we met was very courteous and polite/helpful.

Had lunch there, everyone we came in contact with were more than helpful and friendly.

Nice venue to take in a show. Very clean facility with a lot of staff to help.

Terrific facility, comfortable in every aspect, seating, access, helpful attendants.

Beautiful concert hall. No food or drink allowed (including water,) which makes singing there difficult without being able to hydrate.
Otherwise, it's a great place to see a show.
