Hibachi Sushi Buffet, Waterloo IA

They don't have a very good service. I asked for siracha and they ignored me. The truth is, very bad service.

The BBQ ribs were dry and if you're going to have advertised on your signage that you have hibachi and sushi you should have both. There was none. Then, even though I use a power chair I had to get my own soda and silverware which cups and silverware were out of reach for me.

We arrived at 1156am party of 3 adults and 2 under the age of four and was charged over 65.00. Half the buffet was empty, food was cold and the staff never came to pick up dirty dishes. Used to be a fantastic buffet but last two times the food and service have declined drastically.

I do not recommend this restaurant. The food had been sitting for a while. If you want sushi, this is not the place. Also overpriced.

Hibachi grill there wasn't one. There were no sushi either. The meats were dry and according to the signage they were open barely an hour when I went in to eat. I use a power chair and I had to get my own cup of soda. Which I had to pull the cup rack towards me to get my cup. Then I had to make sure I didn't get in the tight spot to get a soda. Then I had to pull the silverware dispenser out to get my silverware. Another customer grabbed some napkins for me. Horrible experience. I won't go back unless they are giving me a refund

Very good place to eat at, one day I was there it was the best food I have ever tasted! I don’t get why people say this place is bad but their crazy would recommend coming here friendly people and a lot of food and reasonable prices!

The food isn't bad, I don't know why people say the food is plain and dry. Learn to combine different foods, like mix chicken, sweet and sour sauce, and noodles and hooey, is it good. Yes costumer service sucks, but all you have to do is pay for the buffet like anywhere else, tell em booth or table, get a drink, utensil, and get your food, it isn't hard and not rude, plus, the place is somewhat clean and at least they clean the tables and take care of the dishes after you're done.

All food was cold, stale, or dried out. Never before had such a horrible menu at a restaurant!

This place was good when it was new. But the food sucks and tastes like it sits out all day and then gets reused. They also had little kids running the front desk.

Has a great variety of food on the buffet, but it's not always as hot as it should be. Sometimes it's actually cold.

Everything here was cold and or dried out. This was the worst I have ever seen. Total waste of money.

I don't get it. We have been to the one in Des Moines and it couldn't be more different. I really have a hard time giving a bad review, so I will just say, at 8pm on a Friday night, the parking lot was almost empty. I can see why now. Unfortunately, the food didn't taste fresh, self serve drinks and get your own silverware and napkins. Just not my choice. I will continue to drive to the Des Moines location.

The Chinese female waitress the tall girl does not treat customers well. Very rude. It is very rude to treat the customer without going to eat at all. Next time I’ll go n choose to go Lucky Buffet. No more Hibachi.

It's not a good experience. When you walked in the place very dark. You pay first before you eat. They are not very friendly. The food all dried up. The bathroom is very dirty, and they take out the light bulb. I'm not going back.
