I have been taking our vehicles to Keith at Higgins for a long time. They are excellent to work with. They don't perform unnecessary repairs and are reasonably priced.

The owner are nice and honest and reasonable, but the master mechanic are not trustable when u point out his mistake and insists request to inspect the problem, it turns out did not fix my car even thought the workshop by words of mouth recommended.

Higgins is a great place to get your car fixed. They did a thorough job on my 200+ thousand mile car. Todd was my mechanic. He was honest and told me everything I needed done, and answered all my questions. He thought I needed my wheel bearing done at first, and then determined it was actually not needed, and let me know. Its that kind of honesty and good service that I look for in an auto shop.

We have been with Higgins for years, and there can't be enough good said about them. We've done alignments, oil changes, just this week did a automatic transmission fluid exchange and coolant exchange on my 2007 Avalon, and they let me bring in my own fluids from Toyota to be certain I get exactly what the car needs to go 300,000 miles.other places say no you have to use our stuff. They've also told us what we sometimes DIDN"T need and always give us basis to understand so we don't worry and don't feel we are in the dark. Always low key and nice, mechanics, bosses, secretary, great. We have never been disappointed.
Its all about trust, and they have earned it and keep do so in my opinion. Great bunch of people!
