13If I want anything to feed my inner artist I go there they have practically EVERYTHING a hobbyist or artist could want or need and the store is always immaculate and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
Sent me to the wrong side of the store when I ask for something was and having a bad knee didn't make it feel any better

Amazing! Went in looking for a custom frame, figuring its be a couple days wait. Nope, walked out the door with it! Absolutely pleased with the service and helpfulness of the lady who helped with frame suggestions! I'd highly recommend and will be back for future help!
Not a big fan of their music but love the stuff in the store. The cashier even rang the right prices on my sale items.
The framing department makes serious mistakes and does not compensate for the loss they cause. The store manager, Lance, does not seem to understand the full concept of customer service and is being stubborn about refunding the loss they have caused. He will not honor compensation for defective items. Do not put your money into jeopardy and loss by shopping at Hobby Lobby. No longer purchasing from Hobby Lobby!

Horrible management! Got screwed out of several hundred dollars on a mistake the store created. The manager should be replaced with someone who does not lie. Do not shop hobby lobby. Looks like a lot a friends are giving 5 star reviews so management can save face and keep their jobs!

Was able to find what I was looking for. Usually have to cover almost all the store. Most was in sale which is always good.
A worker overheard me talking about looking for something so I showed him a picture and he took me right to it. I wouldn't of found it.
