7Very clean and modern. Was surprised they made my room up every day during my 5 day stay. Pool and spa were very welcoming. Had to skip their comp breakfast since I had to leave every morning before it was served. Front desk staff very courteous.
The room itself was fine, clean, comfortable bed, and with a clean pool. Quiet, & Ample parking. That said, the check in process was beyond frustrating.
We had a fully payed for booking. They asked us to pay 25 per room for incidentals. Totally normal and fine by me.
We tried 4 separate cards on 4 separate accounts. None of them went through their system, so the person helping us said they couldn't confirm our check in. I was doubly confused as my bank showed that 25 was taken OUT of my account by the hotel after I'd scanned.
Everyone in my party tried their cards multiple times on both of their POS. We waited in the lobby for over half an hour before they eventually allowed us to check in without paying the fee.
I understand that systems malfunction. But throughout the process we didn't get updates on what was happening. We just where told to "scan your card" over and over. The staff where polite, but couldn't offer any information about what was happening, or any solutions so we could get checked in.
The 25 was returned to my account within 24 hours though, so that's good at least? Still though, it was a lot of unnecessary stress, and we still don't really understand what was up. Our cards worked fine everywhere else in town.
Room clean and comfortable. Scary experience in bathroom as there are no grips on bottom of tub and I fell. Fortunately I was only sore the next day. Staff told the next morning that maybe that should be changed.expensive!
The room was everything I wanted. Clean, shower head has stuff on it, but the room was great.
I did not stay here but came to see my mom while she way staying here, the hotel found out we were here for graduation and gave my mom a discount on her room and also allows for a late checkout with no cost, the hotel was very accommodating and the room were very clean
Outstanding service. The ladies in the morning are always smiling. Entire staff is excellent at what they do. My family comes back to stay and will choose this hotel every time.
