Well kept up hotel. Stayed in junior suite. Mini fridge, microwave, small sink, dinnerware available. Breakfast buffet available on site for 12.99 unless chosen with room rate around 30.00 for the entire party. The only draw back is that you need to request additional shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap since they only leave one of each. Other IHG have full size bottles mounted to the wall in shower. Will continue getting my business as a diamond elite member. Safe travels all.

This place is a run-down $hit hole now. Doors slamming all night long, loud.
We left the pool area because it was overcrowded and too obnoxiously loud. It seemed like anyone off the street could come in and swim. The pool door is broken, and the hot tub is broken. The hotel is full of hood trash. Here's a picture of our room chair, lol. Also our room was missing a chair from the last time we stayed. We will not stay here again it's really gone downhill fast.

Upon arrival, the front doors were broken and barred from entry. After using a side door and checking in I went to my room. Cobwebs in the corners of the room, the desk chair was ripped and stained, there was mold in the grout of the shower, there were dead bugs in the ceiling lights, the carpet was ripped, the bedding was ripped, the lamp shades were torn, the club chairs had a rip, and while the thermostat said 65 it felt like 100 and wouldn't stop blowing heat until I manually turned it off. The doors had chunks taken out and the heater in the room was separating from the wall.

The Check In desk was helpful and switched my room. The new room was better. The temp wasn't a sauna, but there was still mold in the grout.a lot of mold in all the grout, which is gross to think about showering in. An annoyance was that neither tv in the room had a working guide in the remote to tell you what channels there are, and there was no printed guide either.

Overall the hotel is very run down. It looks like it hasn't had a good clean or refresh in a very long time. This is not a hotel I would recommend and I don't understand how it has 4.3 stars. Either it's gone downhill fast or previous reviewers didn't have very high standards.

Really good experience staying here. The one bedroom was spacious and modern. Awesome walk in shower. The blinds don't shut all the way, allowing sunshine in the morning. Overall very nice.

As for the hotel, it was really nice and in a great location for us. The only thing I'd say is do not get breakfast there. It's $25 for the same thing you get free at the less expensive hotels. Stay here and find a mom and pops breakfast place and enjoy this little town. And there are no microwaves in the rooms. Only one in the lobby just a heads up.

I love staying at this hotel when traveling to the Quad Cities. Very well kept hotel with great staff. Nice restaurant on location, but several other restaurants nearby, as well. Nice onsite fitness center with several machines for your use. The workout machines are in great shape and the fitness center is nicely laid out with TVs and a water drinking station for very cold water after your workout. Always an enjoyable stay at this location. Enjoy!

I had the cleaning lady come in right before I was going to go to bathroom. She stated that the room was cleared. Manager apologized and said I can give you points if you are in our awards program. Customer service lacking. I will likely not be coming back to this holiday inn. Good thing I woke up early or who knows what could have happened.

Really nice hotel. Tucked away from the freeway. Rooms are.clean, service is great too. On site J-Bar has enough food and drinks, so that you do not need to leave if you wish. No issues, staff was helpful, parking plentiful.

The best hotel I've stayed at in a long time! Book a room here. Fast and easy check-in and the room was spotless. Smelled fresh the bed was so comfy and the pillows too. Best night of sleep ever! The food was delicious also! Lots of creative dishes that were amazing! If we ever travel through again. This is the place we're spending the night! 5

We had an amazing stay here in November 2021 when all of the family came to town to secretly celebrate my grandma‘s 90th birthday. We hosted it in a ballroom at the hotel and also stayed as guests in the hotel. The rooms were spacious, especially the suites! The complimentary breakfast each morning was hot and delicious! When visiting family, make sure you stay here! You’ll love it! Insider tip: we were unable to get an Uber or Lyft ride from the QC airport so plan to get a ride from a local or rent a car of your own.

Usually this hotel is pretty good. But are last time there, a sewer smell was very strong order coming from the bath room soon as we walk in the room. It was very bad. There was a couple of other thing but we will stop there. Next trip to davenport will stay in a different hotel!

Normal Holiday Inn, good rooms and nice location. Big downside is nobody was working the front desk nor in the office behind. Had to wait 10 to 15 min to check in and 10 to 15 min to check out. After a long all day drive or before a long all day drive, the last thing you want to do is stand and wait to check in or out. The only way I was able to get service at the front desk was to call the local number which got them to the phone.which was at the front desk. Poorly understaffed or maybe the just don't care.

My husband and I were in the QC for a wedding and needed a place to stay for the weekend. This hotel is mediocre at best. The only good thing is, well, nothing really. The bed was comfortable and that's it. There was hair in the shower and my husband found small bugs in the bed. The TV wasn't great and didn't come with streaming capabilities which you'd expect for a Holiday Inn. The doors were loud and slammed and the elevators smelled like weed from people who were coming in and out of the hotel. At checkout when we told the front desk lady, she said "yeah, we've had some stinkers". What kind of response is that? Pool wasn't open either and the restaurant looked sterile. Staying elsewhere next time. Overpriced and VERY underwhelming. Don't waste your money, better off going to a motel down the street.

Had a great experience on May 26, but when we went to get breakfast on May 27 the woman at the front desk threw a tantrum that my service dog was going into the resturant with me. She stated it was against health code. Per ADA law she legally cannot deny me access due to my service dog. It made me feel very unwelcome due to my disabilities. The 3 stars is for the woman at the front desk the first day cus she was spectacular.

We were looking for a place for the evening, just 1 night away from the chaos of life. We tried going directly to the site to book. Because of a discrepancy in what the site listed and what it was when I went to book it, we decided to call the hotel directly. 'Felisha' answered. When I told her the reason for the call she said, ' ok'. Followed by a long pause. Ok, can you help me with this? I asked. She said. 'Well it doesn't say that'. But it does. It has it listed in two different areas as a rate of 119. When we were looking for a 'hotel near me' and it popped up and then again on the Holiday Inn site itself. She said. ' Well our rates for that night is not 119 so I know it doesn't say that. It might say STARTING at 119 but that is only if you have a corporate account' I had someone else look with me. No where did it state starting at or an asterisk near the price indicating anything. Instead of simply looking at the site or trying to see what I was seeing from my end she just simply did nothing but argue with what I was saying was right in front of me. Very short one word or responses. Forget going the extra mile to help she didn't even do the bare minimum to simply understand a request for help in booking. We were on the fence because of the written reviews but I can honestly say the phone call with your staff member ahead of time was all I needed to confirm that this was not the place for us.
