They love your pet probably more then you do. Is that possible? They are dedicated to the care of animals but mostly they are just great people that are caring and truly treat each animal as their own. Would give them a 10 out of 10 for sure!

I love going to Hometown Veterinary clinic! They handle all of my pets needs and we have a few! Also, and very importantly, the prices for pet care are very reasonable.

Hometown Veterinary Care has given professional and loving care to my three Shelties over the past 22 years. Their care has included routine visits, surgical care, boarding, and the sad final moments of life. I highly recommend them for your pet care needs.

I have been coming to HVC since 1998. I feel I have seen a vast array of situations a client could possibly see at any vet practice. HVC has the best standard of care for all their patients and their owners. I am grateful to be a client of this practice. Thank you for providing the best care for our fur kids.

Every time we go in, all the techs, all the docs and ALL the staff are excited to see our kids. They call them by name and treat them with authentic care. Even if they aren't working directly with our kids, if they walk by our room and happen to see them. They stop and say hello to them. This clinic is very popular and very busy but we never feel rushed or like they don't have time. And we always ask tons of questions.

Dr. Drish literally saved our boy's life when he decided to pull an extension cord through his kennel and ingest it. She opened him up and hand picked all the tiny shreds of copper out of his stomach. Without her, he wouldn't be here.

They have many consumer friendly options for payment and an awesome rewards program. We never ever feel like they push unnecessary meds or food on us to increase margins. We plan together what is needed for our family and have had incredible success with those plans (we have a 14 year old boxer on a laundry list of meds to keep her comfy on her golden years)

We are insanely picky about our vet care and have been with them over 5 years, I'm so so so so glad we found them. When we count our blessings, we count Hometown twice.

Love them so much! Always can get us in and the staff is very nice! Usually sends us home with treats too and takes great care of the dogs!

Dr. Drish is the most caring and compassionate vet I've ever encountered. She works with her patients and has a great attitude. The staff is also top notch!

Today at 4: 37 Am Our dog Harley died, We tried to get a vet to take care of him but the woman who answered the phone was not nice at all and told us she wouldn't care for him all the other vets clinics were closed. A Vet clinic is supposed to help an animal in need instead we were sent away in a rude matter I definitely will not be calling or taking any pet here. If I could I wouldn't give any stars

The care I received over the years was good however they would not set up an appointment to examine my injured dog because I had not been in recently enough.

You gave my bird the wrong medicine and you killed her. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You gave her medicine strength for a dog. Your not right

While the staff provide good care overall, but no thanks to Hometown Vet Care in New London, IA-apparently pets need annual exams like humans to get their routine flea medication.
Sorry, I do love my cat, but she is not my child-she is not a human being! She is not sick, so why would I pay someone to see her for some basic medicine?
I do not reccomend seeing someone that wants to force treatment upon you, as it is my choice.
Needless to say, the choice is your own, but you will be seeing your vet annually here, so put it in your budget ;)

My dog needed to be looked at. His muscles were showing. I had brought two dogs in last year around November. Kind of overpriced on there care but they did a good job. I’m not sure I’d recommend them. But I would recommend riverside animal hospital in muscatine they are on the cheaper side and do a great job!

Needed emergency care for our sweet Peaches on Memorial Day. We are heart broken because our girl crossed over. The Vet and Tech were so compassionate with her and my husband and myself. Thank you for guiding us through that process. God Bless you and your work that you do.
