I arrived here on a Monday around 1 pm for my appointment for 6: 30 am on Tuesday!

This place is a first come first serve, so they tell me I can back into the only dock door available (Door1), and wait for someone to come out and cut my seal and get the paperwork!

About 9pm I call them because nobody will answer the door unless you walk around to the front of the building, and they tell me I have to wait until my appointment time, which because I’m in the only door available means nobody else can deliver until I move which is okay because nobody else is here but me!

No place to eat close bye, nasty port-a-potty for your use if you have to use the restroom, and very limited parking!

On a positive side they were very polite which is why I gave them one star and the fact that you can’t give them a zero star rating!

Avoid this place if you want miles in to make money, don’t be fooled by there first come first serve unloading procedure!

Very limited semi parking, doesn’t start unloading till 6am, they come knock on truck to load and once done as well, in and out once in the dock. No problems.

Two stars for nice people. Zero stars for unloading. One dock for deliveries minimum two hours/truck FCFS. Bring a lunch and get in line. Definitely not a log book friendly operation here.

Horrible place to work…. They tell you one thing and do the complete other volunteer you to work Sunday’s and not tell you that you work so you get pointed! Very discriminative let’s a woman work in a boot on her foot and crutches but my husband couldn’t work with a boot and crutches! I do not recommend working for this company!

Very nice people at this facility its first come first serve so if you have a appointment forget about it. But over all they treat drivers well

Great place to deliver to. Use the main gate and go in an anti-clockwise direction around the building.

0700 appt but look like is FCFS
1 door only Really slow to get unloaded I dont recomend this costomer to deliver

Three docks for their receiving department but only have one guy working one dock. I come here regularly so I'm constantly sitting here waiting. If you arrive, make sure you have something to do to help pass the time because you WILL be waiting to unload. Completely inefficient, and the Algona location is even worse.

First come first serve. One dock to unload. At least 2 hours for each truck. Spent 3.5 hours waiting for the door. Parked to the door, 1 hour passed. They didn't even start to unload.
They started to unload me 95 minutes after I parked to the door.

If delivering here, they have one dock for everyone.so get in line and wait.they take 2 hours to unload.so if there are 3 or more trucks, Plan on wasting most of your day here.

Seems everyone gets a 0630 appointment, was here for over 9 hours to be unloaded, they have no facilities for drivers and nowhere to park so you are in line until you get to a dock and are unloaded.

Place took forever to unload. Its first come first served. I was there at 6: 30am and 4 trucks ahead of me and got unloaded at 5: 30pm. If you are paid milage avoid at all cost.

It took they5 hrs to get me into the dock and missed my appointment for my reload and one other driver had his cancel out also and he said this is his therd time delivering there and the other 2 times he delivered there and had the same isue

Delivering to this place is a drivers worst nightmare. You sit in line for hours and they still might have another truck go ahead of you because they want whatever is on his truck first. Well by the time you play leap frog, you might has well just unloaded me. This big place has one guy that unloads trucks, and he makes sure it last all day.
