If I could give more stars I would! Where so I start? The staff working near closing time March 10th, 2023 did more than provide outstanding customer service they also showed something we do not see often in this day and age, compassion, understanding and humanity. My wife was towed in to Hosmer after having a transmission issue on the interstate, mind you she is driving a Kia, the team diagnosed a transmission issue that rendered the car unable to be driven. Scrambling at 5 pm looking for options on how to get the wife, kid and car back to the Des Moines area was hard, rental car place was closed, no tow truck could drive two people along with the car so limited options left us with possibly having to put them up in the hotel for the night until I could get up there Saturday side note, we got 8 inches of snow Saturday. Now maybe they knew about the snowstorm, saw the frustration in the wife's face or what but all of a sudden they toss the wife keys and say hey, take this car, get home leave your car here and get things figured out, just come back Monday or Tuesday. Like what are you serious, this never happens! We are not customers, we have never bought a car from you, and we got what I can only say is VIP treatment. We have been swayed to look at buying a Toyota for our next car purchase for sure, and I truly recommend anyone with a Toyota looking for top notch service to make the drive to Hosmer Toyota as I know they will take care of you and your car. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for showing there are people willing to go above and beyond in today's world, it goes a long way in restoring faith in humanity and the goodness in people.

Typically scheduled ahead a 10 AM appointment for my 25,000 mile service visit. Upon arrival I was told they don’t take appointments for service and it would be a two hour wait. I drove 35 miles to the Toyota dealership with a scheduled appointment and the appointment was not honored. I was told there was a two hour.wait ahead of me. No one told me on the phone I could not schedule. I do not intend to return to this dealership.

I was told today that it was going to cost over $2,000 for brakes and rotors, and to fill my fluids.i went and got a second opinion because i felt that was too high, sure enough.nothing wrong with my brakes AT ALL! DO NOT GO THERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. CROOKS! And paid 150 for an alignment.another service was suppose to be a free car wash and vaccum with every service. NOPE! Not that either.oh and i know you have read this. STOP CALLING ME I DONT WANT TO HEAR YOUR EXCUSES!

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! From the beginning, Tony Berger was prompt in communication and had his team ready for us when we took delivery of our new vehicle. It’s nice to work with an organization who didn’t pressure us, was friendly, and took the time to make sure we were taken care of. We live nearly 2 hours away (4 hours round trip) and will be contacting Tony when we need another new vehicle.

Came all the way from Bettendorf Iowa to buy a new Avalon. Had the best experience. Dave Budd and his entire staff were wonderful. Well worth the drive.

Rolled in at 4: 30 after work and they were able to get me in and out before they closed at 5. Amazing service and appreciated a lot. Had to get car done before road trip tomorrow. Will continue to bring car in as these guys are the best!

Jon McCuskey and Hosmer are great to work with! Straight shooter! Put my name on a list for the new Rav4 Hybrid SE thought it would be a couple months and got a call one was available within a month. I think we got lucky! Google says Hybrids are over a year out. It's a great car, lots of features! Great gas mileage!

I just purchased a new Rav4 from Hosmer Toyota and cannot recommend them enough! I was struggling to find a dealership that even had a Rav4 in stock or any coming in within a few months, but Tony Berger was able to find exactly the car I was looking for. Communication was excellent and Tony made sure to get as much done as possible ahead of time so we wouldn't have to spend too much time getting everything finalized once we were there to make the purchase. Since we didn't have another car, Harlan came to pick us up and was a very friendly, safe driver. The financing process was painless. I am so happy with my new car and would absolutely buy from Hosmer again.
