Extremely happy with the hot tub itself as well as the service Hot Spring Spas provides. Les Davis was my salesman and great to work with. I was a little confused on which chemicals to use and when to maintain the spa, but Bill Brown was very helpful at clearing up any questions I had and making it a simple process.

We are stoked about our new hot tub! Will and his crew were absolutely wonderful. We were not quite prepared when our tub was delivered but they were more than willing to come back a few days later to get it all set up and teach us about upkeep etc. Will was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I noticed he was very kind/patient when instructing the other workers and was respectful of our property. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks again!

I absolutely love my new spa. Have been in it every night, & my sleep has also improved, very relaxing. The guys that set it up filled it, added the salt & everything my levels have been perfect. Randy my salesperson was very knowledgeable & very helpful. Best purchase ever.

We are very happy with our hot tub purchase. (Flair). Bill Brown was super friendly and patient with us and helped us find what we wanted for us and our space. Definitely recommend working with him. The installers (Will, Dillon, and Greg) were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I had researched many places to purchase our hot tub and planned on visiting them all, but decided quickly on Hot Spring Spas of Des Moines after the GREAT visit we had will Bill.

Smoothest hot tub spa installation ever! Mike and his crew couldn’t have been more courteous or professional. Our salesman, Les Davis was great to work with. We were able to do everything over the phone! It helped that this is third Hot Tub from them, replacing one that lasted 16 years! The spa looks even better than it did in the photographs, and fits our spot like a glove. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks!

Travis Clarkson was a pleasure to deal with at the store and when the delivery crew showed up with the hot tub they were professional and explained everything so I was ready to go with the maintenance and operation of the hot tub.

It was so easy to work with Hot Spring to buy our very first hot tub! The showroom is clean and bright. Travis was so great to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend Hot Spring!

One of their driver’s did not clean off the top of the van after a snow and ice event and a big chunk of it flew off and broke my mirror. When I called to figure out a solution with the manager (Chad) his response after not hearing back from anyone for 3 weeks is that it’s not their problem and proceeded to hang up on me. Thanks for the $650 repair bill Hot Springs.

We purchased our first hot tub at the state fair last year. The model we have is the Envoy, and we also bought the Covana cover to go with it. The Covana top raises by turning a key and provides both shelter from the wind and privacy with shades on 3 sides. It’s a very convenient set up and easy to operate. Les Davis, our salesperson, was extremely informative and knowledgeable and helped us greatly through the entire process. The hot tub was delivered on time and we’ve had minimal issues with caring for it. Les has been very responsive with helping us to resolve issues and answer our endless questions! We highly recommend Hot Springs Spas and especially Les as a salesperson!

This is the worst place to buy a hot tub! They said my hot tub would last 15 years! I've owned mine for 7 years and had to replace the control panel and fix a leak which cost me another grand! This business is a joke and will nickel and time you to death. They DON'T stand by their products and customer service is horrible! Go somewhere else to purchase a hot tub!

Ryan McPeak was the salesman and got us the best deal he could were very professional in the installation and explaining how to use the chemicals. Then Thad, the owner, got us an even better deal by taking a trade in. Will and Sisco showed up right on time for delivery and installation. They were very professional in installing and explaining how to use the chemicals. Hopefully the spa will will as well as the operation thus far.

Bill was incredibly helpful in getting us set up with ongoing service and getting our spa up and running for the season.

We moved into a home with a Hot Springs spa and had no knowledge or experience. After calling the office, we worked with Bill to sign up for a monthly service agreement where their team will come out and check/adjust once a month. We had a few hiccups with the initial setup, the water draining from the tub, etc. But Bill kept following up and worked with us until it was made right.

Now our spa is all set up, we have used it twice already. Super happy with the service we received and the persistence Bill showed to make sure we got taken care of.

We just purchased our very first hot tub during the State Fair. Our sales guy Sean was very nice and made it seem like this was going to be the best experience we ever had. Well I have to say it hasn't. I had to keep checking to see when we were ever going to receive our panel to install then a week after we received it our hot tub was delivered. Now that we're ready to fill our hot tub I call the store to let them know (per their instructions) and guess what I get an answering machine. So I leave a message telling them we're ready to fill because obviously after this long we're anxious to get this baby up and going and no one bothers to call us back. I guess we're on our own.

We purchased a hot tub last July. Our sales associate, Ryan M.was helpful, friendly, informed and certainly not pushy at all. The hot tub was delivered in a timely manner and was set up beautifully. We couldn't love it more!

However, where I need to give my highest recommendation is the support we have received after the hot tub was delivered. I have contacted Ryan MULTIPLE times about questions I have regarding use, water quality and everything in between. He has been incredibly patient, helpful and timely when answering my questions. He is never annoyed or short with me at all. He's been nothing but patient, kind and helpful. And while hot tub maintenance has not come natural for me, even though Ryan has educated me immensely, he has essentially held my hand every single step of the way.

This store held a water care class in which Ryan contacted me to see if I was interested. He has followed up even when I wasn't peppering him with questions. I am not sure I have EVER had a more dedicated, loyal and helpful person assist and follow up with me after a purchase. He definitely goes out of his way to make sure his customers are more than happy. I cannot say enough about this man and this store.

If you are considering purchasing a hot tub, do it without hesitation. It is not hard. It is one of the my favorite things I own and I use it every single day. Every issue I have had has been because of my own doing, not because hot tubs are difficult to manage. And even though I have made mistakes with my hot tub, Hot Springs Spa, especially Ryan M.have helped me remedy them immediately. I cannot possibly give them a higher recommendation than I do right now. This is a company that is all about customer service and going to extra mile to make sure that every customer is happy and very well taken care of!

Sales staff (Travis) was very informative and helpful, answering many questions and educating us on the many options available. The instillation was smooth and seamless, thanks to Dallas, Will, T and Sisco. There was lots of information shared, would be helpful to have an online video to refer back to week 1,2 or 3 for those of us that may be forgetful with all the information learned. Really enjoying our Hot Springs spa!

We shopped at several stores before landing at Hot Springs of Des Moines. Did not plan to purchase that day but Travis did a great job meeting all our needs. We already knew Hot Springs was a top of the line spa and prices were very competitive. Delivery was simple and professional. Dallas and his crew had it placed and running in short fashion.
Last night, first snow, awesome experience as we enjoyed our tub as the snow fell on our heads.wow!
