Stayed there for two nights and had a wonderful time. The room was very clean and up to date. The Jacuzzi worked very well and the shower was quite roomy. The staff was always polite and attentive. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Davenport.

If you want to feel like you are in Chicago, visit The Blackhawk Hotel! Beautiful atmosphere, great food at Bix Bistro! Great experience every time! The service is always good and the room are beautiful, too!

My sisters and I just enjoyed and incredibly wonderful long weekend at the Hotel Blackhawk in Davenport, IA. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms spacious and clean, the bar and bistro more than accomodating and - most of all - the people and service are what really sets them apart. Never before have I been at a hotel (and I have travelled around the world) where each and every person greated you with a friendly smile, were 'over the top' responsive to your needs and bent over backwards to make the stay enjoyable. I can't give them enough stars!

Gorgeous hotel. King corner room spectacular. So glad we stayed here in The Quad Cities. Great restaurant, the Box as well for dinner and breakfast. Armored Gardens with a hundred things on tap, crazy fun too!

My family and I checked in late, after 10: 30 and the front desk quickly checked her in and we got up to the room with no issues. Parking was available in a well-lit lot close to the door.

The hallways were a bit dreary but had the nice feel of an older apartment building. The room was well-kept and clean. The TV in the bathroom mirror didn’t work but the main television worked fine. AC was good and sheets were clean. Whenever I called down to the front desk it was answered promptly and the inquiry was addressed in a reasonable amount of time. We enjoyed the stay and would stay here again!

Train horns all night, rooms are nice looking but smelled musty. I called afterwards because I needed a receipt and sat on hold 3 separate times and still haven’t been able to talk to anyone.

Very impressive venue. Bowling birthday party with optional beverages of choice provided one of the better group events I've attended in a long time.

The best and most elegant hotel in the Quad Cities. If you are in from out of town or just plain want to treat yourself to something nice come to the Hotel Blackhawk!

I do road shows for my business but before contracting with a hotel for a venue, I usually contact them on other business to identify service level offering for my clients, basic professionalism, etc.

Unfortunately, I spoke with Kimberland in sales several time, not mentioning my event interest but inquiring about other opportunities for partnership. As a platinum elite status member, I have invested a great deal of time and resources in the brand with anticipation and a reasonable expectation that they would deliver everytime, since that is the standard that had been maintained. Kimberland not only ignored my calls but my emails as well. On the off chance I was able to catch her in-office, she'd promise to review my emails and call back, but to no avail.

For this reason, I bypassed my stay at the hotel, which typically includes free promo through this and several other review platforms and social channels. While I am still seeking a suitable venue, sometimes its nice to simply know you're not investing your hard-earned where it isn't appreciated.

Lastly, Lydia in the spa was a suitable host and although $40 gel manicure seemed expensive given the techs are not provided the equipment to remove old gel for a smooth finish, Lydia made the experience in the spa quite pleasant, despite other disappointments.

Always a great place to stay in the Quad Cities. Great rooms, good food, excellent customer service, and reasonable rates. That's a winning combination for sure!

We were made to change rooms four times because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Then we were overcharged for a meal caharged to our room. Felicia, a manger told us she would take care of it as did Geri and Amber but nothing has been done. Phone calls to Mr. Cox the GM have gone unreturned. I would avoid the hotel until they can figure out their issues!

There was a problem with my reservation at a different location and I was sent to the Blackhawk. The people here were very friendly and customer focused. We greatly appreciated their attitude and this property was top notch. I highly recommend this location!

This hotel staff is amazing. The suites are very nice. The entire feel to the hotel is vintage luxury. This hotel also has a bowling alley in the basement. As well as an excellent restaurant and several bars.it is worth mentioning this place offers a very generous military rate that I was very impressed by. Parking is free and you also get free wifi. Overall the stay was excellent.
