I had a heck of a mess - 2019 needed amending, 2020 and 2021 weren't filed! The two ladies that helped me out were outstanding. They sorted it all out quickly and were extremely nice.
Tracy Union is very helpful and knowledgable. Gives us good information to know what to do the following year.

Way too expensive, 270.00 is too much money and walk ins were not available even though there was a sign advertising that they were.
They say they allow walk-ins, but that's only if you have an appt. If you do or don't have an appt your sitting there waiting. Very unprofessional if you ask me.
Red oak ladies don't have any helpful behavior or answers.
Confused and will deny information or duties
I have trusted h & r block for 44 years. Jan was just a pleasure to work with. We chewed on it together as she done our taxes.
Laura Harris has done my taxes the last couple years, and she is awesome. I use to dread getting my taxes filed. She makes is simple. Everything is explained, anwsers all questions and in a timely manner. I will be seeing her every time i file!
The gentlemen that helped me was amazing he knew what he was doin an was very polite an well mannered, George was awesome
