Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. These people only want your money. When you ask for help they point you to websites with no direction. We filed for an extension this year, but H&R set up a premature payment in full instead, affecting all of our bill payments. Susan’s response was “ It was a misunderstanding. Sorry”. This experience was unprofessional and unsuccessful. I will not be returning as a client and I will let everyone I can know to avoid this place.

I've always liked how flexible H&R Block makes the process. The pricing is also fair.
