Property manager and maintenance/cleaning do a great job taking care of things in this apartment complex! They're very nice and down to earth.

Hey Hubbell, spend some money on the urine and poop stained carpets in the Skywalk that run through your apartment building and clean up the dirty walls.

I work downtown and walk through this area and the smells are horrible. As much as you bring in each month on all of your properties, you could at least clean this up.

Walked through this area on 8.23.23 when it was 100 degrees outside and the smells were terrible and the ac was not working as it was hotter than F inside the skywalk. If I wanted to live in an apartment, it sure wouldn't be this property because it is gross.

I heard one of your renters come out of the laundry area and she made the comment that is was gross smelling. This is not healthy for people to be breathing in.

I have seen one of your workers using a carpet cleaning machine where people piss and poop and that cleaner is doing nothing.

It is time to clean this area up and put in more brighter lighting as well!

I've been living here for almost 5 years and a secure building so it's a good place to live

I hear they have a great manager, armed and not afraid to use it if necessary.
