Very unprofessional, they refuse to bury my line and it got cut by maintenance, all they care about is money! They don't offer any good solutions to your problems, and they want to charge you for everything! (Metronet is way better, I highly recommend them if you have access to them, I unfortunately didn't.)

They left the Internet cable for my neighbors install on the ground behind my home the June before last June.it is still there and I have to move it every time I cut my grass. They even had the nerve to say they already buried it. Really people. This company is garbage. Highly NOT recommend

HATE THEM WITH A PASSION. I want to be able to talk to board members about awful service from office. Can't deny the internet service itself is better than alternatives only reason I'm still there after 12 YEARS. But oh the women in the office are so bad I'm literally looking for a pet friendly house big enough to accommodate me and my family because every dime I give them now makes me sick. Kinetic works great for my neighbors idk why it didn't for me. Probably becsuse of how many devices we have going. I know it was a whole lot more than them. I'd try anyone else first. But seriously bad enough to initiate me to start looking to move after living here happily TWELVE YEARS. I don't think service could be worse than that

You do not get to choose your ISP generally. When I moved to my current home, I had a lot of issues with internet going out frequently. Huxley Communications IT (Mike specifically) was fantastic in communicating openly and assisting my needs promptly. When I mentioned I work from home and rely heavily on the internet connection, they further prioritized fixing my service.

The install techs were also kind and informative. They were friendly to my cat so he likes HuxComm now too. I do not know why, but last time my internet went out and they came to fix it, they upgraded me from 100mbps > 200mbps at no extra monthly cost, pretty awesome.

Huxley Communications has always been a pleasure. Anytime I have ever spoken or dealt with an employee there they are always very helpful and polite to me. I also love the yearly barbecue they provide for all their customers. I would recommend them for your services needed.

Solid internet. I understand if you are late on payment they will cut you off but when you make a payment to get it back it can take a week or better for them to turn your internet back on. You think for a technology communications company they would be able to do it the same day.
