Hy-Vee Drugstore reviews
15Store is always very clean parking lot can be very hard to get into sometimes. It was on the corner of a very busy street. I would avoid this location during rush hour times.
Very kind even being a small store with self check out options they have people willing to do it for you.
Easy and convenient location. I get my prescriptions from this location and sometimes will do some shopping too.
Decent in a pinch. Limited selection. Kind of like a gas station 2.0 without the gas in terms of selection and prices.
It would literally be impossible to have a more inefficient, horrendously slow, inexperienced, and borderline contemptuous crew of "employees"
It's a nice quick stop instead of running to Walmart for a grocery item. Hy-Vee has a great selection of groceries. And of course lots of other items also.
Shout out to the pharmacy for clearly staying open past closing time to help me and several other customers. I was trying to get a last minute prescription for my kids after visiting urgent care and called to say I was on my way. I walked in 3 minutes before closing and they had it ready. I really appreciated them being there late, it's not easy to do!
I had a pretty terrible experience with Erica the pharmacy tech. After sitting in the drive through line for 20 minutes (it was over the lunch hour, they are busy i totally get it) however her negative aggressive attitude was alarming at best. Definitely not the picture of customer service. As a provider i will be avoiding calling prescriptions into this pharmacy and suggesting alternative pharmacies for my patients moving forward.
This is my new favorite Hy-Vee! It has the best selection of organic and vegan options in the area at decent prices. I also love how it has displays for local entrepreneur's products.
Prices high then regular store. Example.hyvee pudding is $1.29 @ drugstore while at regular store only $0.99.
Called to ask a simple question and Sue in the pharmacy, who acted upset when answering, hung up immediately without a word. Terrible service and after 4 years (and being a former manager there), I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Friendly staff. Clean store. Very busy store. Everyone is doing their best to observe COVID-19 precautions.
Very convenient with a good selection of products at reasonable prices and a friendly and helpful staff.
Great on so many levels. Will even special order. Their philosophy creates a customer experience; it's not just a trip to the store or simply a great customer service. Far and away my favorite, at any of the stores in the Metro area. Well, I haven't been to some of the locations in a long time. I've probably been to at least 5 different locations in the past year. Enough to know the consistency is evident and is appreciated.
Not a bad little convenience store/pharmacy. They actually have a pretty decent selection of produce and other items you might normally pick up at a big store but without the hassles. Never had to wait in line here.
