Hy-Vee Grocery Store, Mt Pleasant IA

Very clean. Very organized. Very friendly personnel. Very, Very high prices (well above what you would expect even in these times.)

95% of check out's are now self check and self bag. If I wanted to so that I would go to Aldi's

Ordered flowers for a funeral in Fort Madison. Spent $167.00! What a waste of money. The flowers provided by the hy-vee in Fort Madison were nothing like the pictures we ordered from. We won't be using them again.

The Hy-Vee store in Mt. Pleasant was okay, we found what we were looking for and left, staff friendly and helpful.thanks

Staff member complained I was wearing a face mask during Covid. Other than that pretty good.

Hyvee employees are the best! They all have great attitudes and are very helpful. They also are knowledgeable about their items and which items are the best for what you need.

The staff is totally friendly and very accommodating they make you feel like they want you there.

Have shopped and eaten at HyVees most of my life. Their stores have what we need most of the time, I would hope for a little lower plices.

The Mt Pleasant Hyvee is a great place to grocery shop. It is well maintained and employees are helpful and efficient. The Deli serves a hot tenderloin sandwich that can't be beat!

Hy-Vee gas employees are much more friendly than at the actual store. Cory, Jordan and Hailey are probably my 3 most favorite night shift employees though.

COULD MOT READ THE BILL FROM THE DELLY, WE TOLD HER WHAT WE HAD 3 TIMES. SHE CALLED OVER ANOTHER CASHIER. THEY DID NOT KNOW WHST THEY WERE DOING. SO THEY WISPERED TO EACH OTHER THEN OVER CHARGED ME GOR OUR LUNCH. AT THIS POINT I JUST WANTED TO GET OUT OF THERE. SO I PSID AN LEFT. AN NOT WITH GOOD THOUGHTS OF YOUR STORE IM MOUBT PLESANT, IA.

I like this hyvee, everytime I go in there the people are so friendly and polite. I can always find somebody if I have a question. I like the meat depts meat selection as it almost always seems fresh! The kitchen dine in area has descent food but I wished they would stir their food and make it look appetizing instead of it being there for hours. The deli dept needs help keeping food in stock though. It seems like always a thin selection of sandwiches amd such not to mention if I'm going to pay $5 for a tuna sandwich there should at least be tuna in there! Bakery has done itself very well! The store overall is generally pretty clean, most employess are very helpful with a smile, things are easy to find and theres a comfortable flow to the space! This is one of the best hyvees ive seen to date!

Clean, neat well stored store. Had breakfast in there cafe, food was OK. Toke a long time to get our food and they gave us the wrong food the first time. Food wasn't hot. The server's just didn't have it together. There was a lot of confusion.

This store does not rotate its items there is always something I come home with that is already past its due date or a week past it’s best by date it has happened to little Debbie snack items, veggie dip, and coleslaw to name a few I personally do not like having only 1 day to finish eating something that was just bought

The pharmacy is great they answered all my questions and they gave me other ideas. They are wonderful

I shop in this store weekly at least but usually several times a week. The people are great but I do not like that the ad is mainly online and the fuelsaver deals are lacking.
