5Had to switch from Walgreens to Hy-Vee. What a nightmare. Hyvee isn't willing to do much to help with anything. Trying to get an Rx filled but they're making me be the middle man and it's frustrating. Not good customer service at all. They don't bother to go above and beyond the bare minimum.
Great customer service when filling my medications. Always helpful with a smile both inside and in drive thru. Speaking of witch they have a drive thru and thats a nice feature to have. Thanks Hyvee for always having a helpful smile in every isle.
I had never visited the pharmacy before and needed the vaccine for work. They were so polite and helpful at the pharmacy that it made things so nice and easy.
They never have my medicine available when I’m suppose to pick it up, they never let me know when they actually do manage to fill it. If I call and ask when it’s going to be done I get three different dates.
I asked my daughter to pick up my prescriptions for me. While she was there the lady assisting her was rude. I asked to pick up 3 of 6 prescriptions that were ready due to cost. I wanted her to use good rx to help with cost. The lady too over 30 min, told her she had to take all 6 which I couldn’t afford. Then a co worker made a rude comment about why anyone would use good rx was dumb and made no sense. I will be transferring my prescriptions. Unacceptable
