2Specifically called and asked if they had my insulin and stated I would be in at 745 and they assured they had this in stock after asking them 3+ times. Went on pick it up and they were now out. No call to let me know, left me with out my insulin and no remorse for their actions. The cold reaction and lack of professionalism was beyond frustrating!
Twice i have ordered prescriptions from this pharmacy and both times I get there and they didnt have them. I drive an HOUR to get to this pharmacy and both times these were premeds for procedures that I then had to reschedule because the meds weren't there. They never called or explained why they didn't have them prior to my driving there to pick them up, I was expecting them to be there because I was never told otherwise. RIDICULOUS communication. If they would just communicate, i could work around it and not make a 2 HOUR round trip FOR NO REASON!
