Hyperformance went above and beyond to make sure the work we needed done was done right and efficient! Our bike is back and better than ever before. Thank you so much for the time and dedication! I would recommend Hyperformance to anyone who asks!
Great service, keeping me running on 2 wheels for the past 20+ years and continuing to do so!
I had a pretty minor issue I couldn’t figure out myself. I had called other shops and every other shop was “we will get to it when we do”. I called Hyperformance and they told me to it to shop. It was clear they had plenty to do but they chose to take a little time and help with this small issue and we’re professional the entire time. Got me back on the road and certainly won my business.
I met Randy the owner and he is a very informative guy! He answered my questions and showed me around the shop. I would like to go back and figure out an upgrade for my bike.
Very helpful and know there business and answered all my questions every time I called
They were very perfetional.took time to exsplain everything to me, went over the different prices, and why, how to operate, they forgot to tell me something and called me at home to explain, very nice show room really clean. I ll be sending my friends, and will recommend to my customers.
Randy & Mike put the seal on an epic 12,000 mile road trip. They are motorcycle wizards and incredibly kind. My 2006 Roadking ran rough as landscapes varied. The Thundermax tuner I have needs to be dialed in as elevations, etc.change. The further west you go, the fewer Thundermax trained mechanics. They looked after my best interest, not profit. Mike went WAY OUT of his way teaching me how to dial in my tuner myself. Now I can go anywhere with my bike running super sweet. I will trip from Ontario, Canada for their expertise!
