Unfortunately my lash extensions fell out starting the evening I got them. I’ve had them before & am aware of the needed care. Followed the instructions given to me as well. When I canceled my fill & gave the reason why I didn't want to reschedule. The person on the phone just said “ok. ”
Makes me sad because I liked the gals & the atmosphere, but the customer service just isn’t there: - (

I had an amazing experience at this salon! My hairstylist Livy gave me the perfect haircut, exactly what I asked for. The salon had a relaxing atmosphere, and I felt pampered throughout my visit.

I Do Pretty did the hair for our wedding. We had the bride, 6 bridesmaids, and the mother of the bride, and everyone’s hair was stunning! Jenna was so sweet and did such an incredible job! She got everyone’s hair done so quickly, and it lasted perfectly all night! We had the best experience and would highly recommended using I Do Pretty for your wedding!

I Do Pretty was amazing to work with! My mom and I were able to do our make up & hair trials ahead of time with Allyson & Megan. They both were great at creating the vision we had in mind for both hair and makeup. Come the day of the wedding, we had Allyson, Megan, & Chelsey, all of which were amazing. They were all so patient and listened to what everyone wanted for a hairstyle & makeup. I would highly recommend I Do Pretty to anyone who is needing these services done for a special event, you can't go wrong!

I got a facial with Sierra in preparation for my wedding this year and she was incredible! She was knowledgeable about what products are best for my skin type and also helped me set up a game plan for future appointments until my wedding!

My bridesmaids and I got our hair and makeup done by a few of I Do Pretty's hair and makeup artists on my wedding day, and they did a fantastic job! They were accommodating to everyone's requests and worked very efficiently while still making sure everything was done well. Everything turned out beautiful and all our hair and makeup lasted the entire night with no issues at all!

If I could hire Meghan a million more times I would! She made me feel so comfortable and special on my wedding day and listened to exactly what I wanted. She helped me calm my nerves as well. I can’t thank her enough! Thank you Meghan!

Jenna was great and was good at keeping the conversation going while getting lowlights in my hair. She offered me a glass of wine and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I am a bit disappointed with the outcome of my hair though, the color was exactly what I wanted, but I only sat with it on my head for maybe 10 minutes then toner for another 10.
A month after my appointment, what was supposed to be permanent color is already washed out. I paid $130 for a months worth of lowlights.
