No idea when there are bad reviews for this place, they weren't rude at all to me. They were fast and efficient and got me in right before they closed. They had every reason to be annoyed with me but they were professional.

Terrible service! Becky the receptionist has a horrible disposition, mad at the world. Becky will take all her issues in life out on you! She's miserable; if you dont like your job maybe you should quit instead of taking your short comings in life out on other people. Go anywhere but this place.

HORRIBLE AND EXTREMELY RUDE customer service from Elizabeth who claims to be the owner of the business. I called in and asked if I had to make an appointment to do a drop for a job I was offered and her reply was “a drop of what? ” “Speak English when talking to me and not slang” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing so I asked for her name and her bosses name and she said she is the owner and no one is above her. I recommend you guys find some place else that offers the same services so you don’t have to experience what I did.

I stopped in on a Friday at about 10: 45 and took me ten minutes to be in and out of there. The ladies that helped me were kind and very professional. Quick to the point and made what I thought would be a hassle a breeze.

Overall, a great experience. Kinda expensive for fingerprints but service was friendly and efficient.

Exceptionally rude staff, didnt seem to know how to do their job and made it my problem.
