16Ordered ahead of time online. Got there and had to wait 30 minutes. JUST for 6 pancakes. Incompetent front of house staff.
We went with a larger group on a late Sunday morning. It was busy so we broke the group up to get in sooner and still had to wait 30 minutes or so. Food was pretty standard for an IHOP, seemed pretty redacted from the original menu, guessing for Covid. However there were no complaints from our party about food quality. Even when busy out server was responsive and checked on us many times. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.
If someone from the restaurant is reviewing this I'd suggest repairing the divider between the booth before it breaks of completely and hurts someone, it's pretty close to doing that.
Go in at 11: 15pm when they close at midnight. All lights were on door unlocked, we go in and were told they had to shut down because they had a kitchen fire earlier. There were still people in there eating. Just sayin if u are closed u should probably shut outside lights off and lock the door! Worst customer service
Waited over 2 hours and the counter guy kept saying your order is coming up. After getting irritated and asking him the time frame. Someone else picked up our order and the managers offer was only " well i can refund your money" must of gotten his management training through some virtual training because everyones time is valuable and didn't even offer a rush to make the order. This has been the WORST location for the past 17 years that I've lived here. We prefer the southside location when dining in. But since this was just a pick up order i didn't know how you can possibly mess it up this bad and then have no option. Spend your money at a place that values it!
It was great Taylor was our waitress and did a phenomenal job! My daughter and I came out for Easter breakfast and Taylor did leave us asking for anything. From one waitress to another, thank you
My last two visits at ihop wasn't a good experience. Tonight our chicken strips and fries and mozzarella sticks tasted like they soaked in the same grease. Maybe our last visit.
Our waitress was absolutely amazing! She was very kind and attentive! We will most definitely be back to this IHOP just to say hi to our favorite waitress i think her name was nakia? Food was also amazing totally made our day great! Thank you so much!
Waitress was stretched to thin. Forgot several things on the order even after reminding her we asked a second and third time fries tasted spoiled
I will always take IHop over any other place for Breakfast. The staff is amazing and the owner is very hands on. The other places could take some lessons from them.
Great service, but no mask or fave shield worn by server. If I'm required to enter with one, servers should be required to wear them.
Waitress was super friendly and hard working. The interior walls reminded me of an old diner that had been set up to look modern by hanging modern decorations and lights, so that was interesting. The menu was a little limited and the food quality was mediocre at best but it was $12 for two of us so I mean what can you really expect. ️ Q
Actually had low expectations but was happily surprised. Katana I think was her name, my waitress-so attentive and polite! And my Philly steakhouse was the bomb.
The food was delicious as usual. However, our waitress was more concerned about a show she was watching on her phone. (Where we could see her) then she about whether or not we needed more water. This is the reason for the three stars.
We almost had to leave because only 3 people in the 5 minutes we were here wore their mask properly. They sat us next to people who were eating. Once the manager came over and asked us what was wrong he told everyone to put their mask on properly. One of the girls with a red apron wore it perfectly! Never even saw her touch it!

We were seated right away. However, we sat there waiting for someone to ask what we would like to drink. I didn't flag anyone down because I wanted to see how long it took. Multiple waitresses walked by with no word. After 25 mins of waiting we got up and walked out. They could really make a better effort to keep the place clean as well. This IHOP has went down hill.
Terrible service didn't get drinks till food can the server was wearing sweatpants and Crocs and coughing everywhere. Food had hair in it not a one cook was wearing a hair net. And when I told manger about the hair I heard her tell another employee that she thought I was lying we used to like to eat a IHOP.
