IMPACT Community Action Partnership reviews
13They have help me a lot this past year thank you for all you have done for me and my family
I have experienced nothing but warm, sincere people at Impact. We are fortunate to have such resources available, and the people behind them are extraordinary and personable. Thank you so much!
Fantastic! Diane helped us through a hard time in our lives.
A plus, they have free bakery goods.
They are stealing all the covid19 rental assistance. Waited to give it out after Americans evicted then only hand out for 8 mo or so and abruptly close up shop after xmas and keep millions for themselves. I got a call day after xmas email us by next early am or denied. Since my phone was drying it was too late. Now I'm being evicted.
I’ve had such a horrible experience with Imapct recently it’s just ridiculous! For 3 months I’ve been waiting to hear back from energy assistance after doing my interview and i decided to call because my 30 day hold with my energy company ran out and they told me that the person handling my case doesn’t work there anymore so it’s just been sitting there untouched the whole time I’ve been waiting and now my energy is going to be shut off because they want me to reapply and go through the same process again. I chose to use this method because they promote assisting people in need especially now since energy is crazy expensive but all they did was dig me in a bigger hole than I was in.
Very helpful for those struggling and are doing what they can to be self supporting again. We all need a little help at times.
Help paid my rent for 4 months so that my veteran husband an I could stay in our townhome. Thank you we are very greatful
Best overall service for people who need service.most daily vegetables available.
I preferred this location for all the needs.
Very helpful it dues take time I appreciate all of the help thank you impact for all you do!
They were great excellent awesome thank you so much and God bless you your workers and everybody we help thank you God bless
Very good place to get information and talk to someone about housing and anything else you need.
I am disabled and am fortunate to receive help with my heating utility bill from them on an annual basis. Typically if I am careful with my electricity it will last 8-10 months of the year for the credit I am allotted for which I am very grateful. Nice people who want to help. Sometimes they have funds available to help pay rent also not sure if that has changed since the pandemic. At some points they also have 20$ gift cards for food if you are really in a bind. Good people who are overworked trying to be as helpful as possible to those in need in the community so be kind and courteous to them if you have any self respect whatsoever. Peace love and light.
COVID-19 is no longer a problem and everything is back to normal. So I don't know why you have to affected by COVID in order to get rent assistance. It's really pointless and people can really use the assistance.
