Great staff! They are so efficient, I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes, and typically, I'm in and out in less than 15.
Consitantley good. I've been going for imagining at least twice a year for 7 or 8 years. Never a problem. Nice people all around.
My 13 year old had an uncomfortable X-ray procedure recently. The staff could not have been kinder. I’m grateful that they were so compassionate & made the experience tolerable.

Getting a mammogram isn't something we look forward to. Just had mine today and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff was impeccable. I was out of there in less than 20 minutes from start to finish. Very kind, attentive staff makes a big difference!
WTH guy! Can you guy be any nicer talking to your patients? Im not doing this service for free so there is no need to be mean to me when one of your employees called to schedule an appointment!
Google's directions took me to the main entrance of the hospital, not to the parking garage on the west side, where you have to park to get to the John Stoddard Cancer Center.

For starters I walked in and everyone at the desk just stared at me before helping me. I then told them I had orders sent in from my primary care provider and they said they couldn’t find them. That is totally fine they didn’t receive them. I called my doctor and then went back to the desk. I stated my doctor is saying it sent over but asked if they should try faxing it again. She then said well it’s not here and gave me the number. (It’s not what you say it’s how you say it) My doctor then faxed it over again. I sat back down to see the people that helped me keep staring and looking at me. (unprofessional) I sat in the lobby for about 2 hours. About 10 people were being called back that came in after me. They let me sit there for two hours without saying anything to me, not even trying to help me or let me know what was going on. And let me not forget to mention that they were talking and helping everyone else in the lobby.
I had a lumbar puncture yesterday. My first one, and I was really anxious. Amanda Oppedal was my technician, and I couldn't have been luckier. Before laying a finger on me, she would explain what step she was on and what it would feel like. She complimented me for not flinching when the numbing medication was injected. It sounds small, but it put me at ease and built trust. We chatted about weekend plans and cracked jokes while waiting for medication to go into effect. I was able to slow down my heart rate and breath rate during this time thanks to her distractions. When it was time for the long needle, she triple checked that I couldn't feel anything in the area other than pressure. She confirmed I felt as ready as I could ever be, and she got the procedure done. We continued to chat while CSF drained so I didn't over-think. I felt no pain. I received excellent care that calmed my nerves and made the experience a positive one. If I ever need this procedure again, I will insist upon having the same technician.
