I don’t even want to give them one star! Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. They haven’t returned calls and you can’t even leave a message. Even texted them and no response! Do not go with these guys.

IST is top notch. The crew was professional and efficient. They went above and beyond. I was off site with a group of students, and they came to me and set up the app on my phone. What a great experience.

Great customer service, this team did a great job and were very professionable.

I contacted the Iowa Surveillance Team to solve a couple of problems I was having with a security camera system installed by another firm. Nate and Grant stopped by a few days later to look at my system and discuss my concerns and provide some initial ideas for me to consider. The proposal they made included utilizing my current cameras (saving me money) and one additional camera and hardware upgrade that solved my concerns and provided some neat upgrades. Grant and Andrew did the installation and were great. They cared greatly about the appearance of their work and coached me on how to use this new system.
