It's as good as any local unemployment office. Although the people who work there are very helpful.

Jonathan Dayton should be removed from his position. I spent a full month contacting him in regards to the programs that would help with going back to college. He completely failed to answer calls or emails. I'm not sure what he was doing instead of answering emails but I would review his performance. When he finally reached out I was denied and he seemed a little smug about it. I think it was for bringing attention to his poor work ethic.

Had a lot of applicants for jobs today, I think because of a resent layoff but the employees were on the ball!

The system was intentionally designed and set up for failure. And when you do fail, they immediately try to shame you for their inability to provide the service tat they were set up for in the first place. It doesn't take much time before you can see that they are misappropriating funds that the payee (past employer) thinks is being provided to that displaced employee. If you can get by the system, intentionally set up so that the harder you try, the more defeated and beaten down it leaves you. Here are just some examples of the discouragement that you will face. You call in to recieve the wring answer and you cN only call twice in one day for being on hold for hours. Traveling to the office will only get you further confused and frustrated. You will be treated like its all because you are lacking intelligence enough to resolve the situation. You can only input any info on this one site on these certain days at these certain hours and on the other site, wgich is similar but not the same you will input on these certain days, different from the days spoken of prior, at certain specified hours of these certain days. AND, if you get that far, ithe system online will not recognize your password, even through you are inputting it correctly. But dont bother getting upset now, youve just begun! Jext you can look forward to frying to rrset your Password and then you will never recieve that Password reset information. And if they can keep you from getting one heck from every person, why jusy imagine the money theyre.aking! Misappropriating funds!

Chaos and 1 hour phone wait times. Staff in office are too busy to answer your questions completely or ensure u are set up to not miss getting benefits for that week.

Staff here used to be great up until now. I worked with Megan and she made promises to me which clearly she didn’t follow through on. Very unprofessional thing of her to do. My schooling tuition is now messed up due to her little slip up. Never working with her again.
