Very helpful and have individual who are working there that know how to repair my Apple Products!

I went in with what seemed to be a big issue, and the techs were super knowledgeable about the appropriate steps. Because of that, my issue was fixed within just a few minutes. They were complete lifesavers!

The employees were very polite, attentive and knowledgeable. I had to purchase a new iPad. They explained the various features of the various iPads. I was most appreciative that their recommendation, after discovering my needs, did NOT try steer me to the most expensive iPad. I ended up buying what I truly wanted and needed. They earned my trust by pointing me to the best iPad for me. Then the transfer of information was quick and easy for me - a 70-year old that appreciates a turn-key purchase. I highly recommend iTech!

My friend took his iPhone 13 Pro Max here because it was having software issues. The staff here told him his phone was water damaged and he would have to pay big $$ and wait two days to get it repaired.

I work with iPhones. I am in the industry. I checked his liquid damage indicator and did a full inspection/diagnostics. His phone is BONE DRY and has never been exposed to moisture. He just needed to delete some files because his storage was full. This place is a scam and untrustworthy.

Edit (response to owner) : Hi Nick, liquid damage would have voided his warranty so obviously it would have been an uninsured / out of warranty repair. Mistakes happen, I’ve made plenty, and I’m not out to bash a business. This is the first review I’ve ever left that’s less than 5 stars. But the technicians never opened up his phone and a quick look at the LDI would have told you it’s dry. He’s going to Apple to do diagnostics just in case I’m wrong but we don’t want to void his warranty unnecessarily.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Got my replacement iPad 2 days earlier than expected.

ITech always gives superb customer service. The turnaround time for repair was better than I expected and my problems were taken care of in a satisfactory manner. I would recommend iTech to anyone needing Apple care! Always always reliable and friendly!

They were very nice and got my phone in right away with no wait for assistance. The work was fast and they had the part in stock to fix my phone the same day!

The only thing is after they “wiped” my phone it took me 2 hours to get my phone back to being more than a paper weight. Also seeing how it was my only access to try to get to calling my service provider it was hard with a phone that wouldn’t make calls. Thank heavens for my Apple Watch….

The team at iTech is super knowledgable and makes buying decisions easy when it comes to all things Apple or just tech advice. Much more convenience than trying to drive to a Best Buy or locate an Apple Store nearby.

Top notch as always! Very friendly and very helpful, takes as much time as necessary to answer any questions and we never feel rushed by any of the techs there. I have never felt pressured to buy something, necessary or not. Awesome customer service!

I had a great experience with iTech! I got a call less than an hour after submitting a question about my macbook, and they were very upfront about costs and what they could/couldnt do. They also took it an extra step by making sure they had done everything they could before sending it in, and saved me 800$+ in doing so! The turnaround for my repair was also super fast— it took them less than 24hrs. I will be back if I have any future issues!

They diagnosed the issue very quickly and got the repair done sooner than indicated. Personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

My issue with my apple air pod pros was handled very well. Quick turnaround time and I am pleased with the end results.

I went in for a new Macbook and migration. I had amazing service, in and out buying the computer in 30 min. They had the migration done that day and I went back to get my new computer all ready to go a couple hours later! Great service! Will be back!
