I was absolutely led to believe in multiple conversations that I would be getting an advance payment of atleast $500 through Jackson Hewitt. They only explained that a completely separate entity will be doing it and there is no guarantee. I just don't see how you can charge someone $54 to get the advance then not get them the advance.
