It’s ridiculous how this company can take days to load a trailer. 3 days in and trailer still is not ready. Very nice young lady told me it would be ready next following day, called next morning to be told it isn’t loaded. And no eta when it would be ready.

The worst company which I had visited in my experience of trucking. I had been waiting for 3 days to be loaded. They also overload my trailer (81810 lb) and after all they do not secured my load by applying load locks (I have at least 6 in my trailer). So my advice for everyone who read this, never go there, believe me! (loosing time just).

Words can't explain how much I hate picking up loads from here. I watched 8 movies sitting here for 2 days waiting on my load. Make sure you have a tablet, tv, video games or something to keep you entertained. Cause if you come here you might be here for days.

Directions:
Take US-30 to 18th Ave to Marion St to get here. You can take IA-14 but going that way requires making a bunch of tight turns. Plus there is a small truck stop at the corner of 18th Ave and Iowa Ave

These instructions are for the drop and hook reefer carriers. You have to use their washout (Preferred Cartage) next to the plant before they will check you in. Address for the washout is 802 E Marion St. They will give you a seal to put on your trailer and give you a washout receipt. You will need that receipt to give to the guard at the drop lot. Once you exit the washout make a left followed by another left into the drop lot which sits at the corner of Marion & 10th. Check in with guard. They'll give you the run down on what to do from there. They have some bobtail parking in the drop lot. Fair warning they're slow

At least 3/4 trailer fuel! They will work with you if there a little bit less, but not 1/2. Trailer washout on site (cast $40). If your trailer is clean, probably, they will not wash it again and will not charge for inspection.

if you love to stay and sleep and relax, thats a nice opportunity! More then 24h to load.

Not a bad place if your loading meal. Takes about 2 hours to load. Make sure to scale in at drop lot before going to guard shack to check in.
