Poor service. They did not pick up my garbage on June 11,2021. We left a voicemail that day letting them know it was not picked up. No return call. My wife and I both called them back on June 14th right before lunch. They can't pick it up until June 17. It should smell pretty ripe sitting in the sun for an extra week.

This has happened occasionally with recyclables but they were able to pick it up in a timely manner.

Continuously forgets to pick up our garbage or only empty’s one bin instead of both bins. Poor quality sanitation service that does a poor job.

Have had several issue with trash being picked up. Have been told a number of times it's because that it's set out the morning of, when I set it out the night before. Now it's not getting picked up because of the snow bank, I've talked to several people after being told to set it in the road, my driveway or my sidewalk that they're problem solving ideas won't work because it's in the road and they wont 'see it. ' Not very Happy with the service that I'm paying for.
